Is my clinic data safe?

Yes. Every patient, visit and bill is stored safely in the clinic's own database, and your data is never deleted by the app — not when a license runs out, not when an update is applied.

If data is ever lost or wrongly changed, contact support: they restore an earlier copy for you.
Restores are done by support only, with a confirmation step and a safety copy taken first — your data is never overwritten casually.
