Should I use it online, or installed on one PC?

Both are the same app, with the same screens and the same records. They differ in where the clinic lives and what happens when the internet does not.

Online

• Nothing to install. Sign in on a phone, a laptop, or both.
• Needs a working internet connection each time you use it.
• Your clinic runs on its own server, separate from every other clinic's.
• Billing is a subscription, started when you pay.

Installed on one PC

• The whole app sits on a single computer in your clinic.
• Keeps working with no internet at all - a dropped line never stops a consultation. This is the usual reason to choose it.
• Licensed to that one PC, so it is paid per machine rather than per clinic.
• Still needs the server once a day to confirm the license, and it simply checks the next time the machine is online.

Most clinics that see patients every day, and any clinic in an area with an unreliable connection, choose the installed one. A clinic whose doctors move between devices chooses online.
