"Saving is paused" (read-only) — what it means

When the yearly license is not renewed, the app does not delete or lock away your data. It goes read-only: you can open, read and print everything, but new saves are paused. During the 15-day grace period before that, a banner shows how many days are left.

  1. Renew the license — contact support; they extend your key on the server.
  2. Once the key is extended, the app unlocks itself on its next check — usually within a day.
  3. Nothing is lost while paused. Old visits, bills and reports stay exactly as they were.
