Is my clinic's data mine?

Yes - entirely. Your patients, visits and bills belong to your clinic, not to us.

• Every clinic runs its own separate database. No clinic can see another's records, and there is no shared pool anyone else is mixed into.
• You can take a copy of your data yourself, at any time, without asking us and without waiting. See the data safety guide for how.
• You can read your own records whenever you want. We do not need to be involved to show you what you already have.
• If you ever leave, you take the records with you. Nothing has to be deleted by us first, and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.

What we cannot do

We cannot quietly change or remove a record - restores are done only by support, with a confirmation step and a safety copy taken first. If a record is ever wrong or lost, say so and it will be put right.
