General information
Everything in ClinicSutra and on this website is published in good faith and for general use. We work to keep it accurate and current, but no representation is made that anything here is complete, accurate or up to date at every moment.
Not medical advice, not a medical device
ClinicSutra stores and organises what a qualified practitioner writes. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe, does not recommend a treatment, and does not replace a consultation, an examination or a laboratory result.
Nothing displayed by the software is medical advice to a patient or to anyone else. Decisions about a patient are made by the registered medical practitioner treating them, on that practitioner’s own professional judgement and responsibility.
The software is not a medical device as defined by the applicable Indian law, and it is not certified, registered or approved as one.
Alerts, checks and generated drafts
Where the application shows an allergy note, an interaction check, a dose range, a duplicate-therapy warning or a drafted note, it is an aid to reading what is on the screen. It is generated from the data entered and the lists shipped with the software; it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong for this patient.
Read it, verify it against your own knowledge and the product information, and never act on it alone. A missing alert is not a clearance, and the presence of an alert is not a finding.
The data on the screen
The application shows what the clinic typed. It cannot vouch for a typo, a mis-scanned batch, an outdated price or a record entered by someone who did not check it. Verifying what is entered stays with the clinic.
Availability
The service is kept running with care, but internet links fail, power fails, and servers go down for maintenance. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every moment.
A standalone installation depends on the clinic’s own computer, power and network; we are not responsible for those.
Backups and data loss
The application offers backup and restore so a clinic can keep its own copy. That facility is a tool, not a guarantee: taking backups regularly, and keeping a copy on another device, is the clinic’s responsibility, and any loss caused by a backup never taken is not ours to bear.
External links and third-party services
Links to other websites, to WhatsApp, or to a payment provider are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, the availability or the practices of those sites and services.
Professional and legal advice
Nothing in the software, this website or our documentation is legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Statutory registers, returns and filings remain the responsibility of the clinic and its advisers.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, any reliance you place on the software or this website is at your own risk, and we are not liable for loss arising from it — including loss of profit, loss of goodwill or loss of data.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The Terms & Conditions carry the full limits.
